John is a native Dutchman (born in Amsterdam), and has lived 13 years in the Netherlands and Germany. He has researched families in both countries, though his main focus is Dutch research, and he is happy to help you. John is currently employed by FamilySearch International, leading a team who negotiates to digitize records from governmental and church archives throughout the US and Canada.
