I have been a genealogist most of my life and an Accredited Genealogist researcher since 1992. I love the new technology that makes it possible for us to find so much more information.
My sister and I have indexed about 350 Irish films at the Family History Library and have published 20 volumes of these indexes, including a Super Will Index. I have also self published 18 family histories.
It is exciting to publish family histories “in the cloud” so the younger members of the family are more interested in reading them. I am learning to do interactive exhibits on Google maps to create more interest. What a great time to be involved in family history work!
