Position Summary
Provide Support and Data Entry with the Italian language into a way-pointing database program and provide accurate data entry of Italian historical records; aa well as provide other clerical support to the digital browse team as required. Tasks require a seasoned independent analysis and judgment coupled with knowledge of historical records.

Minimum Requirements:
- Personal computer skills and demonstrated proficiency with ten-key, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Strong data entry skills (55 wpm or higher).
- The ability to organize, concentrate and remain focused.
- Production and goal oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Italian historical records desirable but not required

Language Requirement
- Italian language a must (both reading and writing).

Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.

Responsibilities

Initiate outbound phone calls to current and prospective customers
Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address those needs
Up-sell additional products/services
Meet or exceed individual goals, including revenue and productivity metrics
Contribute ideas on ways to improve sales process
Maintain basic knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures

Qualifications

Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner, both verbally and in writing
Ability to probe to identify, evaluate and recommend products and services
Ability to multi-task at a computer while talking to a customer over the telephone
Team mentality balanced by the ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of PC operations and Windows-based applications

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
One year of sales or related work experience
Experience in a telesales/call center capacity a plus
Knowledge or study of family history a major plus
