ICAPGen Refund PolicyProduct Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with your ICAPGen product, you may return it within 14 calendar days of the date you received it for a refund. If you return an item within this time period, ICAPGen will issue a full refund less a 10% restocking fee. File Download Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for file download purchases. Conference Registration Cancellation Policy: All conference registration cancellations must be in writing and postmarked by October 1, 2010. For written requests postmarked by October 1, 2010, registrants will receive a 50% refund on conference registration. No refunds will be given after October 1, 2010. Please submit your request in writing by e-mail at conferences@icapgen.org or mail it to ICAPGen, P.O. Box 4464, Salt Lake City, UT 84110-4464. You may at any time arrange for a substitute to come in your place without penalty. Banquet Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given for banquet tickets. Delivery Method: Products ordered through the online ICAPGen Store are generally shipped within five business days of the order date. However, unforeseen circumstances may occur; please allow up to four to six weeks for delivery. |
