In addition to my BA degree in family history-genealogy from BYU, I hold an advanced degree in English from Northern Arizona University with concentrations in professional writing and biographical literature, for which I interned and worked in the publishing industry.
I have performed on-site genealogy research in Italian churches, archives, and courthouses throughout Italy as well as countless libraries, courthouses, and private collections across the United States. I am also a graduate of and administrator for ProGen.
Being fluent in Italian and a university-trained genealogy researcher and paleographer, I know how to access, translate, and transcribe Italy’s historical records of genealogical interest to clients.
I also use my language skills to reach out to repositories and distant cousins in Italy, which has resulted in some beautiful family reunions.
